This 18-story, 194-guest room hotel is located in the booming city of Sunny Isles Beach. One of the truly unique features of this project is the specialty automatic hardware supplied by Atlass Hardware on designated floors of the hotel to accommodate guests of the hotel who observe Shabbat.
